Ohhfff... two months since a proper update. So let's get into it.
Work
It's a bit of time to reflect on work, as two years ago I was informed of redundancy, and thus two years since I got the offer of my current job. The last few days I have been on holiday and honestly, really needed the rest, but not because my job makes me work hard. I actually like my job and working hard for it, and with my team.
The last few weeks have been a bit of a test, as I have done some more front-end development and in fact solved a bit of formatting in the application that had been an issue unresolved for sometime. So I'm feeling quite accomplished.
Now to kickstart the promotion process I feel.
Hobby
This last couple of months has seen me furiously painting more Warmachine, playing more games, and steering my Necromunda campaign to its conclusion.
The main new additions to my armies have been more Cryx, both in the form of the expansion and the Cephalyx command cadres, and my Gravedigger army awaits to be painted.

I've also added to my collection of terrain for Warmachine, thanks to Dark Fantastic Mills, and to my Necromunda terrain. I've still to finish painting either, but the statue for Necromunda looks so impressive.

Also, this weekend, I was one of the invited game masters for the Vampire Games Day in Derby as part of Dracula Returns to Derby. It was a lot of fun to run Make Blood Boil for Vampire the Masquerade for the first time in a while.
Freelance Work
We are furiously working to prepare the quickstart of Trashumanism for UKGE and the other conventions to come. It's been a good learning curve—knowing what must be done and helping to guide it there while not being in direct control of the world-building. Other work included writing and finishing work for the upcoming Old World RPG, which I wish I could say more about but likely more will be said at UKGE.
So yes, the next few months are going to be hard work, getting the quickstart into layout for publication, but all this hard work done now will make developing the core game much easier. I also hope to be doing more video editing, as I have already made many short videos on how to play Warmachine, plus another battle report, with an aim to record more.
